ABOUT THE WORLD FASHION COUNCIL

The WORLD FASHION COUNCIL (WFC) is an organization (i) supporting young designers, (ii) encouraging innovation in design (iii) excellence in fashion+design education and (iv) raising industry standards for trend, market forecasting and consulting by (a) fostering the emergence of a network of fashion+designers, fashion weeks and fashion+design associations throughout the world, (b) opening a cross-cultural exchange between fashion programs and young designers throughout the world and (c) creating a central event which brings young designers, the Colleges/Universities they attend and top-tier fashion brands and professionals together.
